Wedding Services

 While we love to travel anywhere for your amazing wedding or event, travel over 30 miles outside of Los Angeles will be subject to a travel fee

 

 

Beyond Day of Coordination- $800 and up

 

Our traditional DOC package, but with more time included prior to your big day to ensure we have a great working relationship

 

Includes:

 

One two-hour initial meeting prior to your big day to secure all necessary information, discuss plans for the day, secure a timeline of events, and all vendor information.

 

One hour venue walkthrough (if available) where we plan your event set up, placement of decor, discussion of theme and goals, and planning of light and sound.

 

Confirm with all your vendors their arrival time, secure their backup plans in case of emergency, and discuss their contribution to your perfect day.

 

Unlimited e-mails up to the day of your event to assist with your planning.

 

Full day of coordination including:

 

Ensuring the bride, groom, and wedding party are comfortable as they prepare for your big day.

 

Receive all deliveries on your behalf and ensure vendors are paid accordingly.

 

Distribute a hard copy of your final timeline to all vendors and banquet captain.

 

Oversee proper set up and design of your ceremony and reception areas.

 

Line up and cue your wedding party when your ceremony begins.

 

Let you know when it's time for you to walk down the aisle, ensure your dress and train look flawless for your big moment.

 

Make certain the ceremony music is cued correctly and they are keeping proper pace and timing.

 

Assist the photographer in gathering your family and the wedding party for photos.

 

Ensure you and your groom receive your favorite cocktail and hors d' oeuvres from your cocktail hour (if applicable).

 

Make certain that ceremony decorations are placed at the appropriate locations in your reception space.

 

Ensure all candles are lit and remain lit throughout the night (until their designated burn time).

 

Assist the DJ/MC in guiding guests throughout the night and ensure there is no dead air or rushing.

 

Organize the grand entrance of your wedding party.

 

Work with catering to ensure flawless execution and timing of dinner service.

 

Ensure that those that are giving special blessings or toasts are cued and ready.

 

Ensure you and your groom complete your first dance, work with DJ on inviting your guests to the dance floor if you get nervous or shy.

 

Make certain that you have comfortable shoes available to change into, as well as touch up makeup and an emergency kit available to you throughout the night.

 

Distribute final bill payments and gratuities to all your vendors.

 

Ensure your decor and gifts are packed up and given to the designated party at the venue.

 

 

(Prices start based on single location,100 guests or fewer, 8 hours coordination. Additional hours of coordination available at $50/hour)

 

 

 

Half Day Coordination- $450 and up

 

Perfect for those who have a site coordinator included in their venue package, but still need assistance with decor and set up prior to their ceremony

 

 One hour initial meeting prior to your big day to secure all necessary information, discuss plans for the day, secure a timeline with venue walk so that we can discuss your decor plans and event set up.

 

Unlimited e-mails up to the day of your event to relay information and changes

 

Day of services include:

 

Ensuring the bride, groom, and wedding party are comfortable as they prepare for your big day

 

Recieve all deliveries on your behalf and ensure vendors are paid accordingly

 

Oversee proper set up of your ceremony and reception areas

 

Meet with your site coordinator, bring them up to speed with decor completed, and ensure proper hand-off of coordination prior to our departure

 

Final check-in with you to ensure you have everything you need for your big day

 

 

 

 

Customized DIY Planning and Checklist- $150

 If you are considering having a DIY wedding, you must plan for and consider many more details than if you hire professionals. If a coordinator is out of your budget, consider this package. We will ensure that you have all the information you need to complete a DIY wedding.

 

Customized Plans and Checklist: Wedding planning books are geared to those couples who hire vendors for all aspects of their wedding, leaving out crucial details for those that DIY.  Your custom plan and checklist with include specific plans for the aspects you DIY and those that you have vendors for.

 

A one hour initial meeting to gather information, discuss your plans, and ensure all is included in your checklist

 

A one hour venue walk to discuss logistical details, ensure that all aspects of your event are planned, and that there is nothing left out to ensure a flawless day

 

up to 10 e-mails or phone calls included to ensure proper communication as we design your custom plan

 

A customized checklist include dates tasks are due

 

A day of plan including a timeline of events to distribute to the correct parties

 

 

 

Event Services and Al la carte options

 

Event Planning and Coordination- $150 and up

Coordination and planning for all of your special events, including birthdays, anniversary parties, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, and rehersal dinners. Perfect solution for those who want to work with us prior to their wedding.

 

A one hour inital meeting to gather information and discuss your plans

 

Set up of event space the day of the event including decor, food, and drink

 

Coordination of event including direction of staff, ensuring food and drink is accounted for.

 

Assistance with hiring staff for all aspects of event including servers, chefs, bartenders, djs, cleaning crew

 

Coordination with rental comapny and assistance with set up and delivery of rental items.
